Many of our products are either handmade or hand finished. Because of this, there may be the occasional imperfection.

We feel that these marks, blemishes, features, etc will distinguish them from mass produced items and visualise them as the artisan produced products that they are, we regard this as normal given the nature of the material the items are created from.

If the imperfection is such that it renders the item unusable we will of course look to refund or replace the item but when the area in question is very small or the aspect of concern is part and parcel of the natural makeup of the product, we would not consider it to be faulty.
