Lead time on items are listed on each product page however please note lead times are only an estimate and can change from time to time due to unforeseen supplier delays. We will notify you if there is a longer delay than usual with a product in which you have ordered. 

  1. AN POST

  • Delivery provided by our service partner, An Post, is available on all orders which are (1) under 25 kilograms and (2) under 5ft in any measured dimension of the packaged good(s) ordered. All individual items are accumulated in weight on each order in regards to this criteria mentioned above.

  • Provided that a customer’s order meets the criteria in this section, a standard delivery fee of €7.99 shall be incurred by the customer. 

  • We aim to have in stock items delivered to addresses within mainland Ireland within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event this isn't possible, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to let you know. 

  • Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock and on pre-order. If this is the case a Grove Home Representative will contact you.

  • Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us.

  • Deliveries with An Post take place Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. During busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday, An Post may deliver during the weekend.

  • Please note that An Post is not obliged to call the customer in advance of delivery nor do they send a text alert in advance of delivery - it is the responsibility of the person to be present on the day of the expected arrival of the delivery (as per our e-mail) to accept the delivery from the driver. 

  • Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notifying you along with your tracking information. 

  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. 



Our white glove service is where you’ll have a one to two-man delivery. This means no heavy lifting on your part is needed. They’ll take it to your desired spot, assemble it for you, take away the packaging for recycling, and show you how to use it.

  • Your item will be delivered by our own specialist furniture home delivery team or during busier periods or remote areas sometimes by a specialist furniture courier. 

  • If the products ordered are in stock and available for delivery, they are delivered within 5 - 15 days. For areas located far away from our store this can mean slightly longer delivery times. However, in most cases, delivery to these areas are still within 21 days.

  • Our dispatch team shall contact the customer prior to the delivery to ensure availability. Any delivery time will be met as punctually as possible by our team however, cannot be guaranteed. 

  • On the day of delivery, our two-man home delivery service team will also contact you approximately half an hour before they are due to arrive. They will then proceed to take your order to the room of your choice, assemble your furniture and remove the packaging from your home.

  • A customer shall ensure that any goods to be delivered will fit appropriately on the premises.

  • Delivery times for made to order furniture vary per product due to the different lead times per manufacturer. You will be informed of approx lead times for custom made furniture when placing your order. Our Customer Service team will contact you when your order is ready to be delivered. All of our made to order furniture is custom-made specifically to your requirements.

  • Delivery times for items that have been placed on pre order are dependent upon the lead times given to us by the supplier. Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that you will be incorporated into our delivery schedule once the item has arrived with us.
  • If we contact you to schedule delivery and you refuse, storage costs will be applied after 4 weeks and we are unable to guarantee delivery within 4 weeks due to delivery scheduling volumes at that time.


We do ship to the USA and Canada via Fedex, please email sales@grovehome.ie with a list of your items for an accurate shipping quote. Large Furniture delivery costs for areas outside of Ireland & Northern Ireland are available upon request by emailing sales@grovehome.ie.

Deliveries to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed the importing. All applicable duties, fees, any additional charges and paperwork are the responsibility of the purchaser.


A customer may, in his or her discretion, choose to collect ordered items in store. On this basis, a delivery charge shall not be incurred by the customer.

If your item(s) is in stock, we aim to have your order ready to collect within 2-3 hours. Once ready for collection, a member of our team will let you know. We would kindly ask that customers do not travel to the store for collection until we have contacted you to say that your order is ready.


It shall be determined by Grove Home which form of delivery is most suitable (based on weight, product safety and size and on the criteria set out above).

By paying such delivery charges on any of such individual options will form the basis for an agreement between Grove Home and the customer for a delivery. 

Grove Home shall ensure full care in the delivery of the ordered items of the customer. Please see our returns policy and or Terms and Conditions in regards to queries regarding damaged or unwanted goods.

Grove Home shall only deliver goods or allow for the passing of property where they have been paid for in full. 

All terms set out above will be enforced in accordance with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
